国内湿地重金属污染评价的研究进展 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
湿地作为地球上重要的生态系统之一,具有稳定环境、物种基因保护及资源利用功能,被誉为自然之肾、生物基因库和人类摇篮。随着近年来湿地面临着面积萎缩、功能下降、污染日趋严重等危机,国内外学者对湿地保持着持续关注与研究,其中对湿地重金属的污染评价就是湿地科学研究领域的重要内容之一。笔者通过对国内十多年来有关重金属污染方面的报道进行整理分析,回顾总结了湖泊、河流、三角洲以及滨海等类型湿地的底泥、水体及土壤中重金属的污染现状与迁移特征,重点对重金属的种类、空间分布以及分析方法等进行总结归纳。在众多研究成果中,对污染物评价的方法以地累积指数法和潜在生态风险指数法使用最多。 相似文献

【目的】 建立一种简便、快速、灵敏度高、特异性强的头孢氨苄免疫层析表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)检测新方法。【方法】 制备金银复合核壳结构的纳米贵金属,用来标记头孢氨苄抗体和拉曼信号分子5,5’-二硫代双2-硝基苯甲酸 (DTNB),合成拉曼免疫探针,用透射电子显微镜和双光束紫外分光光度计对纳米金和修饰拉曼信号分子的金银复合核壳结构进行表征。将合成的拉曼免疫探针固定在微孔板上,待测样品中的头孢氨苄与包被在硝酸纤维素膜上的头孢氨苄抗原竞争结合拉曼免疫探针,通过免疫层析试纸条结合共聚焦拉曼光谱仪读取DTNB的信号值,建立头孢氨苄定量检测技术,并应用于实际牛奶样品的检测。【结果】 透射电子显微镜和双光束紫外分光光度计表征结果显示,纳米银成功包裹在金颗粒表面。用共聚焦拉曼光谱仪检测免疫层析试纸条上拉曼信号分子的特征峰,拉曼信号分子特征峰为1 062、1 154、1 334和1 558 cm-1,其中1 334 cm-1处特征峰信号最强,选取此处峰高定量测定头孢氨苄的含量。头孢氨苄免疫层析表面增强拉曼光谱检测的线性范围为0~1 ng/mL,检测限为0.001 ng/mL,头孢氨苄的半数抑制质量浓度为0.05 ng/mL。与头孢克洛交叉反应率为111.1%,与头孢曲松钠、头孢夫辛酯、头孢噻吩钠交叉反应率均低于0.1%。实际样品加标浓度为1、4和8 ng /mL,回收率分别为94.4%、103.3%和97.5%。【结论】 本研究建立的头孢氨苄免疫层析表面增强拉曼光谱检测方法操作简便、快速、灵敏,耗材成本低廉,可满足奶牛养殖农场和乳品加工企业进行大批量样品初筛检测需求。 相似文献

In this paper, the Annualized Agricultural Non‐Point Source (AnnAGNPS) model has been used to estimate runoff, peak discharge and sediment load at the event scale in a Mediterranean watershed. The study area is the Carapelle torrent, Southern Italy (area = 506 km2), where continuous rainfall, streamflow and sediment load data are available. Nineteen flood events have been registered in the period 2007–2009 and were used for the application of the model. The aim of the paper is to evaluate the predictive accuracy of the model at the event scale, in a medium‐size watershed, given the specific conditions of the semi‐arid environments. A sensitivity analysis has been carried out to assign the correct parameterization: the mean normalized output variation of the most meaningful input parameters pointed out the influence of the curve number on runoff, peak discharge and sediment load predictions (values greater than 1); the MN Manning's roughness coefficient and K, C and P factors of the universal soil loss equation showed a moderate influence on sediment load simulations (values between 0·5 and 1). The selection of the Soil Conservation Service synthetic storm types has been based on the observed storm events analysis to improve the peak discharge simulations. The model prediction has proved to be good for runoff (R2 = 0·74, NSE = 0·75, W = 0·92) and peak discharge (R2 = 0·85, NSE = 0·70, W = 0·94), and satisfactory for sediment yield (R2 = 0·70, NSE = 0·63, W = 0·91). The relative error is lower for high events; this result is quite interesting in semi‐arid environments, where most of the annual sediment yield is concentrated in a few, severe events. 通过盆栽试验,以土壤作对照,研究滇池淤泥和蛭石不同体积配比对一串红生长和开花的影响。结果表明:不同处理在促进一串红株高、株冠、花串生长和花期等方面差异较明显,使用纯滇池淤泥种植一串红的长势和开花状况最佳,其它不同淤泥与蛭石配比种植一串红的生长和开花状况都要比单独用淤泥种植的效果差。其长势和开花状况分别为淤泥∶蛭石=4∶0>淤泥∶蛭石=2∶1>淤泥∶蛭石=1∶1>淤泥∶蛭石=1∶3>土壤,单独用土壤种植的一串红其生长和开花状况比其它所有处理差。因此,可以直接应用滇池淤泥种植一串红等花卉。 相似文献

Evaluations of plant resistance to pathogens are rarely made using isolates from wild habitats, although the heterogeneity of such habitats may generate pathogen diversity which could be a source of new virulence in cultivated habitats. The aim of this study was to investigate whether scab resistance factors, identified and characterized in apples using isolates of Venturia inaequalis from a cultivated habitat, remained effective against isolates from a wild habitat. Three V. inaequalis core collections originating from the cultivated apple Malus × domestica and from two wild species, M. sieversii and M. sylvestris, were established to maximize pathogen diversity. For each core collection, 10 isolates were inoculated in mixtures onto 51 genotypes from an apple progeny segregating for two qualitative resistance genes and six quantitative resistance loci (QRL). On each apple genotype, isolates that contributed to the scab symptoms were identified within the mixture using microsatellite markers. The most frequently detected isolates were inoculated singly to compare their aggressiveness according to their host origin. The results showed that isolates from a wild habitat were able to infect the susceptible apple genotypes. However, these isolates were never more aggressive than isolates from the cultivated habitat on the resistance factors tested. It can therefore be concluded that the resistance factors used in this study, identified with V. inaequalis isolates from a cultivated habitat, remained effective against isolates from M. sylvestris and M. sieversii. 相似文献

Binderless boards were prepared from finely ground powders of kenaf (Hibiscus cannabinus L.) core under varying manufacturing conditions. This research was designed to investigate their mechanical properties and evaluate the various manufacturing conditions: pressing temperature and time, pressing pressure, board density, board thickness, grain size of raw materials, and addition of furfural. The mechanical properties (i.e., modulus of rupture and elasticity, internal bonding strength) of boards increased with increasing board density and met the requirement for 15 type medium-density fiberboard (MDF) by JIS A 5905-1994. Thickness swelling and water absorption of boards exceeded the maximum permitted levels for 15 type MDF and S20 grade hardboard by JIS A 5905-1994, which indicates the low water-resistant property of binderless boards. In contrast to that in usual wood-based materials, internal bonding strength showed significant correlations with other board properties: modulus of rupture and elasticity, thickness swelling, and water absorption. We confirmed experimentally that the best manufacturing conditions proved to be as follows: pressing temperature 180°C, time 10min; pressing pressure 5.3MPa; board thickness 5mm; board density 1.0g/cm3; average grain size 53µm; and powder with no furfural content.Part of this paper was presented at the 52nd Annual Meeting of the Japan Wood Research Society, Gifu, April 2002 相似文献
